Thinking of Visiting Us?
We welcome you.
Here are some things that will make our church more familiar to you on your
visit.
- What goes on during the Sunday services? Services vary, yet regularly include elements
which celebrate our values in words, music, silence, story, and song.
Most of the time our services are led by our minister. We also have lay
led services on a regular basis. Click here
for upcoming services - Here for a listing of
past services.
- What should my children and I wear to this church?
Some people dress up and some people dress casually. You and your family
are welcome to wear what feels comfortable. Keep in mind that children
frequently do crafts in class and play on our playground
- "What's here for my Children" We have children and youth programs for all
ages. For the littlest ones, our nursery room has a window that views
the sanctuary (with sound from the service piped in) and an attendant
(parents are welcome to stay with their young ones too). For the older
ones, we have religious education classes with curricula that we chose
from an exciting variety of UU and other sources.
And, of course, your children are welcome to stay with you in the
sanctuary too.
- Is the church accessible to people with handicaps? The church is accessible to wheelchairs. We also have hearing assistance devices.
- How do I meet other people? How do I get involved? Attend a service. You will be greeted at the
door and can learn about small group opportunities for education and
spiritual growth. Stay for coffee and conversation following the
service.
