Membership Development
The Membership Development Team: This team's primary role is to provide information and support for visitors, potential members, and new members. The team organizes volunteers to help supply Greeters for each Sunday service, & Visitor Table volunteers to provide information and answer questions of visitors. It organizes and conducts the Path to Membership classes at least twice yearly for frequent visitors who are interested in learning more about church membership; it plans New Member In-gatherings (welcoming ceremonies) for those who decide to sign the membership book, and helps with Mentoring new members by steering them toward specific church programs that would appear to match spiritual and fellowship interests, and being a resource for members during their early phase of membership.
